Match Pass Player Issue

We are aware that some users are currently experiencing an issue where unclaimed players from Match Passes in eFootball™ 2023 are not displayed in the Inbox following the major update.

A fix for this issue will be implemented during the 09/14/2023 maintenance, and all unclaimed players will once again be sent to the Inbox of the affected users.

We also intend to send out some form of compensation to all users who encountered this issue.
