  • Associate Product Manager – Digital Products

    An individual contributor that supports the Digital Products Team with brand and product marketing for Yu-Gi-Oh! digital properties. Also responsible for coordinating marketing schedules, stakeholder approvals, and marketing analytics.

    • Oversee marketing asset development for digital titles, including creating and managing the asset schedule, managing external vendor communications, and managing approvals process, including third-party approvals.
    • Manage marketing creative and product copy by working closely with in-house creative teams, development teams and external business partners.
    • Manage the execution of marketing activations and product promotions, ensuring campaigns and materials are created and delivered on schedule and within budget.

    • Assist Associate Director, Digital Products in developing all aspects of the marketing plans for the Yu-Gi-Oh! digital game portfolio, including, but not limited to positioning, target market identification and analysis, strategic marketing plan development, budgeting, category and competitive analysis, campaign execution, and campaign reporting, with a focus on new user acquisition and strong ROI.
    • Collaborate with the Card Business department to improve integration of various marketing programs with official Yu-Gi-Oh! TCG digital channels and events, such as TV campaigns, social media campaigns, influencer marketing, and offline Organized Play initiatives and events.
    • Collaborate with Product Manager, Digital and Senior Digital Products and Livestream Specialist to deliver reporting and business insights for Digital Card business.

  • Social Media and Content Manager

    POSITION SUMMARY: Konami Digital Entertainment, Inc. is seeking a Social Media and Content Manager who is passionate about social media marketing, digital content creation, developing and nurturing a community of fans, working with influencers, and is passionate about both gaming and the trading card game (TCG) industry. The ideal candidate will possess an expertise in social media platforms and tactics, have extensive knowledge of visual communication, influencer marketing campaigns, and have had experience working with and managing creative agencies.   • Organized Play and Warehouse Specialist

    POSITION SUMMARY: The Organized Play and Warehouse Specialist will be primarily responsible for managing all aspect of our internal and external warehouses. He/she must work closely with several cross-functional teams including Marketing, Sales, Organized Play, R&D, Facilities and Production to achieve or exceed overall corporate goals and ensure inventory levels are maintained and products are shipped out on schedule. The ideal candidate should have experience managing inventory and shipping.

    • Handle receiving of shipments into our warehouse.
    • Working with the various teams in Card Business and Digital Publishing to get prizing and support items shipped out in a timely manner.
    • Maintain accurate inventory of all Marketing, Organized Play and Event items utilizing the WASP inventory system.
    • Keep warehouse in order and work with Associate Director of HR and Facilities to make sure proper shipping supplies are on hand to cover outgoing shipments.
    • Communicate inventory levels to appropriate team members for replenishment with enough lead time to facilitate approvals, production time and delivery of needed items.
    • Work with our external fulfillment warehouses to ensure products are shipped out on schedule.
    • Monitor and review inventory levels at external fulfillment warehouses to ensure any extra product is being used in a timely manner so we do not incur unnecessary storage fees.
    • Work with internal and external teams to get required art assets, have designs created and approved to our vendors to ensure all event prizing is produced and in house or at distribution center at least 4 weeks prior to first usage.
    • Help accurately data enter and process North American Tournament Paperwork as we work toward digital only reporting.
    • Process internal requests for the OP team, including but not limited to Vendor Payment Requests, Expense Reports, and Sample Requests.
    • Make sure all materials being used at in person events and conventions for OP, Marketing, Digital and Sales are properly inventoried and ready to ship out prior to the events.
    • Work with external partners to get these materials delivered to the events on time and within budget.
    • Receive all returning shipments from events and restock each kit as needed working with the appropriate team members so we are prepared for the next event.
    • Monitor and report on Organized Play activities on established and new Trading Card Games.
    • Work with Organized Play team to ensure event reports are completed in a timely fashion.

    – Develop, manage, and optimize user acquisition/engagement campaigns across mobile platforms through research, and measurement of key KPIs to meet ROI goals.
