  • Mid-to-Senior IT Support Engineer

    Our company is in search of a highly skilled and dedicated Mid-Senior IT Support Engineer to become a valuable member of our team. In this position, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional IT support and maintaining our IT infrastructure. You will play a crucial role in identifying and implementing cutting-edge technologies to optimize the efficiency of our systems.

    Responsibilities:

    • Diagnose and resolve computer hardware, software, network connectivity (including VPN), printing, VoIP phone, or other IT-related issues efficiently.
    • Ensure prompt resolution of issues related to desktop applications, workstations, and related equipment with minimal disruptions.
    • Oversee server backups (on-site and cloud), network file restores, and disaster recovery preparedness.
    • Configure Active Directory and GPOs.
    • Demonstrate hands-on experience in supporting and managing Microsoft 365, MS Teams, or similar products on PC clients.
    • Support the installation, upgrade, or decommissioning of designated systems, products, and infrastructure.
    • Contribute to the research and selection of emerging technologies, recommending appropriate applications of information technology as needed.
    • Maintain up-to-date technical documentation for IT systems.

    Requirements:

    • Proficiency with Windows and Mac OS.
    • Proven experience in hardware, operating system, and application monitoring.
    • Familiarity with common networking protocols and features, DHCP, NAT, VLAN, access control list, Firewall, IDS/IPS, Load Balancing, High Availability, etc.
    • Experience in vulnerability detection and remediation and responding to security incidents.
    • Fundamental understanding of networking, including TCP/IP, HTTP, DNS, SMTP, SNMP, and other relevant protocols.
    • In-depth knowledge of troubleshooting various client and network-related issues.
    • Working knowledge of virtualization, VMWare or equivalent.
    • Familiarity with Windows Scripting and Automation programming (PowerShell, Batch script, VB, JS, etc.).
    • Experience maintaining an MDM setting, such as Microsoft Endpoint (Intune), JAMF, Apple Business Manager, or Android Enterprise.
    • Proficiency in managing EDR, Antivirus, and Anti-malware software.
    • Eagerness to learn and utilize innovative technology platforms and cloud services.
    • Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and complete assigned tasks with minimal supervision.
    • Team player, resourceful, and able to work well under pressure.
    • Strong commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
    • Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs. occasionally.
    • Linux administration experience is a plus.
    • Familiarity with IaaS (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.

  • Sales Specialist

    This position is responsible for providing administrative support to the Yu-Gi-Oh! TCG Sales Team in the US, Canada, and Latin America region. The Specialist will handle day-to-day operations and needs of the Sales Team. The duties will require strong coordination, attention to detail, liaison and project management skills as well as implementing administrative systems and flows.     Essential duties include but are not limited to the following:

    • Reconcile distributor Purchase Orders against Final Forecast
    • Submit Purchase Orders to Operations and validate for accuracy on SAP Back Order report
    • Check issued Proformas for terms, quantities, delivery dates, and other information
    • Submit order tracking to each customer per release and monitor shipping delays
    • Handle vendor payment processes, product damage credits and expense authorizations
    • Track MDF/Co-Op spend by all accounts to ensure within allowance
    • Creation of MDF programs through approved vendors and suggest promotions to increase brand awareness
    • Keep Organized Play team informed of distributor promotions
    • Work with Marketing and R&D team to obtain solicitation materials per the release calendar
